The grapes come from vineyards cultivated organically or biodynamically.

Our wine list features selections with low levels of sulphites, which are known to be less likely to cause discomfort, such as headaches and allergic reactions. Many of our wines are made without added sulphites. In these cases, the sulphur dioxide is only that found naturally in the wine.
This may benefit those who are unable to tolerate sulphites and other synthetic residues and are usually forced to forego the pleasure of wine.
